Stuarthome adults are sometimes available for pet homes only. These sweet Cavaliers were usually ones ran on to be show prospects and turned out to be pet quality. Pet quality is any Cavalier that cannot compete at the ACKCSC National level. Many Cavaliers finish at the local level and even with breeders emptying their kennels to insure a major. 

In addition, we only breed our Cavaliers once or twice before retiring them. These adults are very loved family members so placement requires the same detailed process as acquiring a puppy. All adults are placed as beloved pets only. They are not to be bred. We do NOT sell "dogs for breeding purposes" so do not contact us for one. There is a placement fee for these adults depending on the age. Email about availability of adults. Please complete the questionnaire first.

 Process for acquiring a retired adult from Stuarthome CKCS:

(1) complete the Stuarthome Questionnaire;
(2) information will be verified;
(3) an interview will be scheduled after reviewing the questionnaire;
(4) a home visit might be arranged; this is standard practice for both caring hobby breeders and for rescue organizations;
(5) orientation to the supplies and care needed for a Cavalier; then
(6) if all goes well...your new Cavalier!
